Infinite Emails, LLC · Last updated: August 23, 2026

Infinite Emails, LLC (“Infinite Emails,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates infiniteemails.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, contact us at [email protected] or by mail at Infinite Emails, LLC, 6526 Old Brick Rd, Ste 120, Windermere, FL 34786.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us directly. When you complete the Email List Diagnostic on our Site, we collect the answers you provide, which include your business type, the size of your email list, how often you email that list, what has kept you from emailing more, whether you have an active offer, and your approximate monthly revenue range. At the end of the questionnaire we ask for your first name and email address so we can send your results.

If you book a call with us, we collect the information you provide through our scheduling tool, which may include your name, email address, phone number, time zone, and any details you add to the booking form. If you email us or become a client, we collect the information contained in that correspondence and any information reasonably necessary to provide our services.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, browser type and settings, device type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, links clicked, time spent on pages, and general location inferred from your IP address. We collect this through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies described in Section 4.

Information we do not intentionally collect. Our Site and services are intended for business owners and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Calculate and deliver your Email List Diagnostic results
  • Send you the emails you signed up to receive, including educational content, case studies, and offers related to our services
  • Respond to your inquiries and schedule and conduct calls with you
  • Provide, operate, and improve our services and our Site
  • Measure and improve the performance of our marketing, including advertising on platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google
  • Build and refine advertising audiences, including retargeting visitors and creating similar-audience segments
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security issues, and technical problems
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements

Marketing emails. If you provide your email address, you are opting in to receive marketing emails from us. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time by clicking it or by emailing us at [email protected]. We will continue to send transactional or service-related messages where necessary, such as replies to your inquiries or communications about an active engagement.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information in the following circumstances:

Service providers. We use third-party vendors to operate our business, including website hosting, email marketing and automation platforms, customer relationship and scheduling tools, analytics providers, and payment processors. These providers access your information only to perform services for us.

Advertising and analytics partners. We share limited information with advertising platforms, including Meta, to measure ad performance and to serve you relevant ads. This may include hashed identifiers such as your email address, and behavioral data such as pages visited and actions taken on our Site. Some of this sharing may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under certain state privacy laws, even though no money changes hands. See Section 6 for your rights, including how to opt out.

Legal and business transfers. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, or property. If our business is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential Site functionality, analytics, and advertising.

Meta Pixel. Our Site uses the Meta Pixel, a tool provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. The Meta Pixel collects information about your activity on our Site, including pages viewed, buttons clicked, and forms submitted, and transmits that information to Meta. Meta may connect this information to your Facebook or Instagram account and use it to measure our ad performance, show you our ads on Meta platforms, and build audiences of similar users. You can learn more about Meta’s data practices and control the ads you see at facebook.com/privacy/policy and in your Meta ad preferences.

Analytics. We use analytics tools to understand how visitors use our Site so we can improve it.

Your choices. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. You can also opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies at aboutads.info/choices (United States) or youronlinechoices.eu (European Union). Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the Site function. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) and similar opt-out preference signals where required by law.

5. Data Retention and Security

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain our business records, and comply with legal obligations. If you unsubscribe, we retain a record of your email address as needed to honor your opt-out. We may retain aggregated or de-identified information indefinitely.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate personal information
  • Delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions
  • Opt out of marketing communications
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, and of targeted advertising
  • Non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights

California residents. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), you have the rights listed above, including the right to know the categories of personal information we collect, the sources, the business purposes, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it, all of which are described in this policy. To opt out of the sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information,” or enable Global Privacy Control in your browser.

Other U.S. states. Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Utah, Oregon, Montana, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have similar rights, including the right to opt out of targeted advertising. You may also have the right to appeal a denial of your request.

European Economic Area and United Kingdom. If you are in the EEA or UK, we process your personal data on the following legal bases: your consent (for marketing emails and non-essential cookies), our legitimate interests (operating and improving our business and marketing), and contractual necessity (delivering services you have requested). You have the rights listed above plus the rights to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, to withdraw consent at any time, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

How to exercise your rights. Email us at [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request. We will respond within the time period required by applicable law, generally within 45 days for U.S. state privacy requests and 30 days under GDPR.

7. International Data Transfers

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may store or process information in the United States and other countries. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

8. Third-Party Links

Our Site may link to third-party websites and services, including our scheduling tool and social media profiles. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If we make material changes to how we handle your personal information, we will provide additional notice, such as by email or a notice on the Site. We review this policy at least annually.
